PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for manufacturing an opened product that becomes a material of an absorber for a sanitary material.SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing the opened product comprises: a preliminarily opening unit 20 for fiber tow; an opening unit 2 for opening the preliminarily opened product; and a forming unit 3 for forming the opened product into a sheet.
