PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of a fuel cell system capable of suppressing deterioration of fuel cell when stopping the fuel cell system.SOLUTION: A control method of a fuel cell system includes a stop command detection step S101 for detecting a stop command being outputted when stopping the fuel cell system, an anode pressure boost step 103 for boosting the anode pressure so as to have a first predetermined pressure value, and a stopping time discharge step S105 for performing discharge by consuming oxygen remaining in an oxidizer off-gass while driving the oxidizer off-gas circulation pump. |
