PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for a packaging material resistant, even if a content matter likely to entail an adhesive strength loss between the thermoplastic resin film and sealant layer of a packaging material processed therefrom is packaged, to the adhesive strength loss, resistant to the wrinkling of heat-sealed border portions, and resistant to the adsorption of content components on the adhesive layer thereof; a method for efficiently obtaining the laminate; and a packaging material processed by using the laminate.SOLUTION: The provided laminate for a packaging material is a laminate obtained by laminating a thermoplastic resin film, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer in this order. The adhesive layer includes an acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), polyvinyl alcohol (B), and a crosslinking agent (C). The polyvinyl alcohol (B) is included within a range of 0.1-10 parts.mass with respect to 100 parts.mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin (A), and 0.1-30 parts.mass of the crosslinking agent (C) is included with respect to 100 parts.mass of the combined sum of (A) and (B) (A+B). |
