PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a fire transfer property on the external surface of a side wall part 2s of a combustion cylinder 2, stabilize a combustion state at an early stage after ignition and reduce combustion sounds, in a cylindrical surface combustion burner 1 and a heater including the same.SOLUTION: A cylindrical surface combustion burner 1 includes a cylindrical combustion cylinder 2 in which a plurality of injection holes 3 jetting gaseous mixture M supplied inside to an external surface and combusting it are dispersedly formed, and a cylindrical ventilation cylinder 5 that is provided in a state of covering the external surface of the combustion cylinder 2 and comprises a porous material or fiber material. On the external surface of the combustion cylinder 2, a groove part 10 extending in the circumferential direction of the combustion cylinder 2 is formed. |
