PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter-driven motor capable of preventing an electrolytic corrosion inside a bearing caused by a current flowing on a shaft when a potential difference generated between an outer ring and an inner wheel of the bearing reaches an insulation breakdown voltage of an oil film inside the bearing. ! SOLUTION: The motor includes: a stator iron core wounded with a winding; a rotor having a stator which includes a rotation member holding permanent magnets in a circumferential direction being faced the stator, and a shaft which is fixed to the rotation member inserting through the center of the rotation member; two bearings rotatably supporting the shaft; and two conductive brackets fixing the bearings.
