摘要 Disclosed are: a kit and a method for the instant in-office fabrication of a surgical guide. The kit comprises of: a dental model laser aligner, self-adhesive partitioning dental stickers, telescopic composed drilling tubes and radiopaque rods. The method comprises: producing a dental cast model from an edentulous patient's jaw; partitioning the edentulous space with the aid of self-adhesive partitioning dental stickers; producing a radiopaque marker appliance for a radiographic visualisation; planning on the sagital and panoramic views of the CT; aligning the dental cast model in the dental model laser aligner, bringing the dental cast model into a new position which makes a vertical being in the osteotomy direction. The final step comprises: inserting the telescopic composed drilling tube and molding a base plate resulting a surgical guide with the telescopic composed drilling tube.

The method comprises of: a) producing of a dental cast model from an edentulous patients jaw; b) tracing a line along the center of the edentulous ridge following application of self-adhesive partitioning dental stickers on the line in the center of the edentulous ridge; c) drilling the dental cast model, through the designated hole of the self-adhesive partitioning dental stickers producing a straight cavity; d) inserting a radiopaque rod in the cavity opening; e) molding a base plate incorporating the radiopaque rod resulting a radiopaque marker appliance; f) removing the radiopaque marker appliance from the dental cast model; g) trimming the radiopaque rod at the mucosal level of the radiopaque marker appliance; h) radiographic visualisation CT or CB of the radiopaque marker appliance in a patient's mouth; i) constructing an angle on the sagital view of the CT image with a vertex at the mucosal end of the radiographic depiction of the radiopaque rod where the occlusal side of the angle is located in the middle of a radiographic depiction of the radiopaque rod and the apical side is oriented in the middle of the osteotomy site; j) constructing an angle on the panoramic view of the CT image with vertex at the mucosal end of the radiographic depiction of the radiopaque rod where the occlusal side of the angle is located in the middle of the radiographic depiction of the radiopaque rod and the apical side is oriented in the middle of the osteotomy site; k) calculating the value of the complementary angle of the sagital view, calculating the value of the complementary angle of the panoramic view, and calculating the sense of the rotation of the rotating heads, which rotate on the columns; l) setting the calculated values in the correspondent protractors of the dental model laser aligner; m) aligning the dental cast model by sliding and articulating the dental model holder for dental implant models on the platform of the dental model laser aligner until all the laser beams are entirely aligned at the same time on the reflecting surfaces of the removable linear reflector; n) attaching a new radiopaque rod to the chuck of a parallel arm; o) removing the removable linear reflector from the drilled straight cavity; p) positioning the radiopaque rod with the aid of the chuck of the parallel arm, exactly over the drilled cavity; q) lowering the spindle of the parallel arm until the radiopaque rod touches the model; r) gluing the radiopaque rod with instant glue to the model; s) lifting up the chuck having the new radiopaque rod to stay attached to the model; t) inserting a telescopic composed drilling tube for drilling implant osteotomy over the radiopaque rod; u) molding a base-plate which incorporates the telescopic composed drilling tube for drilling implant osteotomy; v) removing the surgical guide from the dental cast model w) setting and locking the inner stainless steel tube of the telescopic composed drilling tube for drilling implant osteotomy at the bone level.
