<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing the latent heat of a press mold for manufacturing automobile panels and, more specifically, to an apparatus for removing the latent heat of a press mold for manufacturing automobile panels, the apparatus allowing the press mold to maintain a constant temperature, improving the quality of molded products, and further preventing damage to the mold by swiftly removing latent heat, which accumulates in the press mold due to the increasing number of molding operations, when molding the parts of the automobile panels having complicated shapes and various depths by using the mold. The apparatus for removing the latent heat of a press mold, which comprises a lower mold and an upper mold for pressing a board mounted on the upper surface of the lower mold, according to the present invention comprises: heat pipes having one side thereof inserted toward the direction of the pressing surface of the upper mold and the other side thereof installed to be exposed to the outside of the upper mold, and having a working fluid filled therein; heat dissipation units which are connected to the other side of the respective heat pipes and dissipate heat transferred from the one side of the heat pipes; and insulators installed to surround the outer circumference of the respective heat pipes.</p> |
