Disclosed is a cold water tank divided into a first body and a second body, and a water processing apparatus including the cold water tank. The disclosed cold water tank includes a tank body forming an internal space by integrating the first and second bodies together; and a cooling unit which is coupled to the second body and includes a thermoelectric module to cool the water stored in the tank body. The first body can be made of a synthetic resin material, and the second body can be made of a metallic material. The disclosed water processing apparatus includes the cold water tank and a water discharging member extracting the water in the cold water tank.
