The present invention relates to a polyester film, a manufacturing method thereof, a construction material film including the polyester film, and an in-mold film used in a building or in a vehicle. The manufacturing method of the polyester film according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: synthesizing an L-polylactic acid; substituting the L-polylactic acid with a functional group; and mixing a D-polylactic acid with the L-polylactic acid substituted with the functional group to manufacture a film with a polyester-based resin obtained in the process.
