The present invention relates to a method for providing customized menu information using an internet and, more specifically, to a menu information providing method and a menu ordering method which enable a foreign tourist to make an order at a restaurant properly and smoothly under the condition of communication failure according to necessity using a portable terminal. This menu information providing and ordering system includes a communications network; a database which is connected to the communications network and stores information about restaurants and languages; a server comprising an application of searching and extracting the information; and a smart phone which receives and installs the application by accessing the server through the communications network, and transmits a search condition to search the menu information to the server via the application. The server comprises a search program for extracting menu information corresponding to the inputted search condition from the database; a recommended menu generation program for calculating at least one menu in consistent with the search condition by calculating the menu information searched by the search program by an artificial intelligence algorithm method and then providing the menu for the smart phone; and an order program for converting the recommended menu into an order language and then providing the recommended menu for the smart phone. |
