<p>Provided is a coating composition that gives a sheet the ability to transmit visible light and block ultraviolet rays in addition to lasting self-cleaning capabilities, lasting weather resistance, and transparency. Said coating composition contains: a resin that can be cured by ionizing radiation; and a hydrophilization agent such as a silicate compound or alkyl silicate. Also provided is a sheet that has a surface protection layer formed by cross-linking the aforementioned composition.</p>
