PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that has excellent storage stability and low-temperature fixability, and exhibits excellent image quality with less occurrence of fogging; and to provide a toner that is inexpensive and has excellent productivity.SOLUTION: A toner for electrostatic charge image development is obtained from a toner material including at least a binder resin, colorant, and one or more types of inorganic fillers selected from calcium carbonate, kaolin clay, talc, and barium sulfate. The toner has a glass transition temperature within a range of 50 to 58°C; the content of the inorganic fillers is 1 to 10 parts by weight relative to 100 parts by weight of the toner; a part of the inorganic fillers is present on each of the surface of toner base particles; and a ratio of the inorganic fillers present on the surface of the toner base particles to the content of the inorganic fillers is within a range of 5 to 40%. |
