PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration vehicle system continuing heat supply while suppressing power supply.SOLUTION: A vehicle power device 1 is a drive device for an electric vehicle and is also called "a range extension system". An auxiliary power supply device 6 for charging a battery 12 also supplies heat for heating. Electric power is supplied to an electric heater 15 when heating is required. The auxiliary power supply device 6 is utilized as a heat source in rapid heating. (1) When the battery 12 has a capacity for electric charging, an electricity-generating electric appliance 22 functions as an electric generator, an electricity generating invertor 23 is controlled in low-heat-generation waveforms to supply heat and electric power. (2) When a user operates a priority switch 28, the electricity-generating invertor 23 is controlled in high-heat-generation waveforms to supply increased heat. (3) When having no capacity for electric charging, the electricity-generating electric appliance 22 functions as an electric motor, and the electricity-generating inverter 23 is controlled in the high-heat-generating waveforms. And also, combustion in an electricity-generating engine 21 is continued. The auxiliary power supply device 6 supplies increased heat while avoiding charging to the battery 12. |
