PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in spite of the fact that a component replacement time has to be optimized for each facility in the replacement of a component, the calculation thereof is complicated and left undone, thereby causing a risk of generating non-operation time of a device accompanied by a failure and the like of the device, and there is a trouble of having to confirm point by point whether the component replacement has to be performed by a user or a service man, and further there is a problem that the ordering of the parts and the reservation of the service man cannot be made easily.SOLUTION: The system for automatic analysis is configured to accumulate an operational status of a device for each facility in a server via a communication line, to notify a user of an optimum replacement time for each component, and furthermore, to notify the user of an availability of a service man so as to make a reservation by the system for automatic analysis if the service man is required for the replacement work of the component. |
