PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail for a toilet bowl having lock means which is easy to operate and user-friendly.SOLUTION: A handrail for a toilet bowl includes: a body part 10 fixed to a toilet bowl A by a fixing part 20; a handrail member 40 fixed at a movable part 30 attached to this body part 10 freely movable forward/backward in a forward and backward direction; and lock means 50 for holding the handrail member 40 in a predetermined position. The lock means 50 is configured by: a slit 51 formed at each support member 15 of the body part 10; three pieces of slits 52 formed at an upper part movable member 32 of the movable part 30; and a lock member 53 rotatably supported at an upper end part of an upper part support post 14 of the body part 10. The lock member 53 has a locking claw 54a which can be engaged with the corresponding slits 51 and 52 at a tip of a rotating piece 54. The lock member 53 is configured in such a manner that, by the action of gravity, the other end side of the rotating piece 54 in which an operation piece 55 is connected rotates to the lower side, and the locking claw 54a is held in a state of entering the slit 51. |
