PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically-driven wet atomizer usable even in a simple laboratory by a power source of 100 V in a small type, by using an electric motor as a driving source, without hydraulic driving.SOLUTION: The wet atomizer is provided for sucking, pressurizing and discharging a liquid raw material in a cylinder by reciprocating motion of a plunger for reciprocatably moving in the cylinder by a power transmission mechanism for converting reverse rotary motion of this driving source into reciprocating motion with the electric motor as the driving source, and the power transmission mechanism is a high efficiency screw mechanism having a plurality of rolling elements interposed between screw shaft parts for converting rotary motion of a nut part for making the reverse rotary motion into the reciprocating motion, and the driving source is a hollow servomotor for advancing-retreating the plunger in the rotary shaft direction of the nut part via the screw shaft parts of penetrating through this hollow part, by reversely rotating the nut part of a screw mechanism arranged in the hollow part of a rotor. |
