<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a modified printed document to be smoothly checked.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes: a communication unit which receives unmodified data as unmodified electronic data and a modified data which is electronic data formed by modifying the unmodified data; a printing unit which performs printing on the basis of the unmodified data and modified data; an image reading unit which reads a check document with an indication to generate scan data; a storage unit which stores the unmodified data, the modified data, and the scan data; and a comparison processing unit which compares the unmodified data, the modified data, and the scan data to recognize a check point which is a portion modified from the unmodified data in response to the indication. The printing unit prints only a page including the check point recognized by the comparison processing unit out of the modified data.</p> |
