<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for opening/closing an opening/closing body, which can prevent pinching by preventing the opening/closing body from being locked to a vehicle body, depending on a transfer state of the opening/closing body.SOLUTION: A latch mechanism includes a latch that is engaged with/disengaged from a striker by movement, a drive part that moves the latch, and a control part that controls the drive part. When an opening/closing body is moved at a speed equal to/higher than a constant speed in a closing direction, engagement prevention means is moved to an engagement prevention position. Thus, a restraint prevention operation for preventing the opening/closing body from being restrained in a locked state to a vehicle body is performed by preventing the striker and the latch from being engaged with each other.</p> |
