An air conditioning system used in a room to maintain a predetermined level of temperature and humidity includes an outside air damper which supplies the outside air to a mixing chamber arranged on the upper space of an air-conditioning equipment space; a ventilation damper which supplies the return air from the target space of the temperature and humidity maintenance operation to the mixing chamber; a temperature/humidity regulator which is arranged on the lower part of the upper space and adjusts at least one of the temperature and humidity of the air mixed in the mixing chamber with the outside air and the return air; and a fan which discharges the air which has the temperature or the moisture adjusted to the target space for the temperature and humidity maintenance operation.
