The apparatus has a rotationally symmetric or rotationally symmetrical housing (8), and a rotating cam (10) concentrically arranged with slits at radial outer end. The slits are meshed with knife and/or toothed racks (11). Radial engagement of the knife and/or the toothed racks in the housing and the slits of the drivers increase in rotational direction. The knife and/or toothed racks are arranged at rear end along rotational direction, where the slits of the drivers are virtually filled in form fit manner.
