The present invention relates to an electrolytic recovery device comprising: a rotation anode basket (120) of which a part is sunk into a fused-salt electrolysis medium (110); a central rotation shaft (130) formed in the rotation anode basket (120) to move the part sunk into the fused-salt electrolysis medium (110) over the fused-salt electrolysis medium (110) while the rotation anode basket (120) rotates; and a negative plate formed to be adjacent to the part sunk to the fused-salt electrolysis medium (110) of the rotation anode basket (120). According to the present invention, the processing speed is increased by minimizing electrolytic polarization restricted by a mass transfer. |
