<p>The present invention relates to a PCB direct connection type probe card and, more specifically, to a PCB direct connection type probe card which is to fix a blade-typed needle to a slit of a ceramic holder, fix a needle block to the PCB in an upward direction, and to directly connect the needle to a connection terminal of a PCB surface in order to transmit a signal directly to the needle without an extra wire or any connecting means. According to the present invention, the PCB direct probe card can easily fix the needle to the PCB and connect a body of the needle with the connection terminal of the PCB directly, thereby smoothly transmitting an electrical signals and enabling a precise inspection even when locating a semiconductor element above.</p> |
