PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To equalize the voltage between power storage cells reliably.SOLUTION: When performing on/off control of current supply to the power storage cells B1, B2 of a collective battery 3 consisting of a plurality of power storage cells B1, B2 connected in series, power is exchanged between the power storage cells B1, B2 via an inductor L connected in common with the power storage cells B1, B2, and the voltage between the power storage cells B1, B2 is equalized. In such a power balance correction device (balance correction circuit 1), when matching of the measured values of voltage between the power storage cells B1, B2 is detected, the on/off control is stopped upon elapsing a predetermined time from the moment in time of detection. The predetermined time is set longer than a time required after matching of the voltage between the power storage cells B1, B2 is detected before the difference of voltage between the power storage cells B1, B2 goes below a threshold. |
