<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent photo degradation of a transistor having an oxide semiconductor layer, and to increase a margin in alignment of a counter substrate.SOLUTION: Such a configuration is used that a color filter is not disposed on a counter substrate side and that a color filter is disposed in place of an interlayer insulating film on a transistor. In the configuration, an oxide semiconductor layer of a transistor included in each pixel overlaps a red color filter, and a pixel electrode included in each pixel overlaps a red, green, or blue color filter.</p> |
