The agent for enhancing the mellowness of lactic acid bacteria-containing food and drink products includes enterococcus faecalis as active ingredient in a blending amount of 1.0E+6 (pieces/g) or more. The lactic acid bacteria-containing food and drink products include the agent blended therein.
