<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fouling inhibitor composition which effectively inhibits fouling, having chemical resistance against alkaline agents or the like so as to exhibit sufficient fouling inhibiting effect after chemical washing; a porous filtration film to which the composition is attached; and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The composition comprises: (a) a copolymer including 10 to 70 mol% of a part derived from methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, 20 to 80 mol% of a part derived from n-butyl methacrylate, and 5 to 50 mol% of a part derived from glycerol methacrylate, having a weight average molecular weight of 10,000 to 300,000; and (b) polyvinyl alcohol having a saponification degree of 72 to 93 mol% and a polymerization degree of 300 to 1,000. The mass ratio of (a) to (b), i.e. [(a)/(b)], is 25/75 to 75/25. The porous filtration film is modified with the composition.</p> |
