PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-line processing method capable of suppressing deterioration in a product yield. ! SOLUTION: As a processing object for a hair-line, a plastic film in which fine ruggedness is applied to a surface is used. The fine ruggedness satisfies the following conditions: that where the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) is 0.05 to 1.0 μm; that where the fine ruggedness may be formed by applying blast processing to a smooth film surface; that where a milled mat film milled with a mat agent may be realized; and that a foamed mat film foamed with a synthetic resin may be realized. !
