The method comprises placing an object having a surface to be modified in a holding device, arranging a laser optics with the holding device in a modification device, where laser beams of the laser optics are aligned with a portion of the surface to be modified, activating the laser beam, and treating the entire surface to be modified and then further treating. The laser beam is incident on the portion of the surface to be modified, and the portion of the surface is locally heated at a temperature of 600[deg] C by irradiation. The method comprises placing an object having a surface to be modified in a holding device, arranging a laser optics with the holding device in a modification device, where laser beams of the laser optics are aligned with a portion of the surface to be modified, activating the laser beam, and treating the entire surface to be modified and then further treating. The laser beam is incident on the portion of the surface to be modified, and the portion of the surface is locally heated at a temperature of 600[deg] C by irradiation. The heating step is carried out by increasing or decreasing clothing stickiness of the surface. The surface has an outer layer, which reduces or prevents the clothing stickiness. The laser beam is partially penetrated into the outer layer and partially evaporated to increase the clothing stickiness. The laser is a pulsed fiber laser having a wavelength of 1.06 mu m, pulse energy of 50 mJ and power of 500 W. The object is made of an uncured elastomeric material that contains stickiness-promoting substances. An inside of object has a temperature gradient. The stickiness-promoting substances are diffused from the inside of object to the surface to be modified, and form a layer having increased clothing stickiness on the surface to be modified. A part of the elastomeric material is cross linked to reduce the clothing stickiness. The laser beam has a line-shaped projection, and/or is incident on the surface in line by line manner. An independent claim is included for a device for modifying clothing stickiness of the surfaces of clothing stickiness of uncured elastomeric material. |
