The present invention relates to a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display including the same and, more specifically, to a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display, the polarizing plate includes a protection film having a primer layer on one side thereof and a polarizer attached through a photocurable adhesive layer formed on the primer layer, and thus has excellent adhesion between the polarizer and the protection film, high durability, and does not require hydrophilic surface treatment for attaching the polarizer to the protection film.
