The present invention relates to a grouting reinforced spiral steel pipe pile which is improved in a bearing force by grouting while being intrusively installed. The grouting reinforced spiral steel pipe pile lifts settlement foundations and strengthens a bearing force for the foundations at the same time by reinforcing a casing and a steel material. The grouting reinforced spiral steel pipe pile comprises a steel pipe pile shaped into a cylinder with the pointed front end in order to be intrusively installed through boring; one or more spiral blades spaced apart from each other at the bottom of the steel pipe pile at a predetermined gap in order to make the steel pipe pile intrude into the ground while ground disturbance; and a first grouting outlet piercing the outer circumference of the steel pipe pile right behind the tip end of the spiral blades based on the rotation direction of the spiral wings to spout grout to the gap of the disturbed ground along the rotation route of the spiral blades.
