The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of puffed fermented-soybean powder and a dietary supplement using the same. The manufacturing method of puffed fermented-soybean powder includes: i) producing fermented soybeans from boiled soybeans and Bacillus subtilis; ii) mixing 5-15 parts by weight of starch with 100 parts by weight of the fermented beans; iii) drying the fermented beans and the starch; iv) grinding the dried beans and starch; v) puffing and extruding the ground beans and starch; and vi) pulverizing the puffed beans and starch again. |
