Showerline Versatile Tray and its Method of Installation Abstract A preformed lightweight membrane made from Polyether Polyol and Polymeris MDI. The tray is a one piece moulded configuration with no joins. The tray is either a square or rectangle shape and can be made in any size. The outlet is precut and the tray has 'fall-to-waste' properties. Outlet can be in any position required. The tray usually has 3 side walls one of which can be trimmed off if required, but can also be manufactured with front hob. The 3 side walls have a pre moulded lip configuration upon which a piece of pre-folded 1.6mm piece of zincalume (can be made from other metals) is fitted. The height of the side walls, the one piece mould (no joins/gaps) together with the 'flashing' and its method of installation ensures that the shower area will remain waterproof.
