PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a decrease in efficiency of data transfer.SOLUTION: A reservation processing part 41 calculates a timing of a reservation transfer period according to transfer information corresponding to a reservation transfer request RT. The transfer information includes: a start schedule; an end time limit; and a transfer data amount. The timing of the reservation transfer period includes: the number of earliest start cycles; and the number of latest start cycles. The reservation processing part 41 outputs the calculated timing of the reservation transfer period. On receiving a normal transfer request NT, a transfer mediation part 42 calculates a timing of a normal transfer period according to transfer information corresponding to the normal transfer request NT, compares the timing of the normal transfer period with the timing of the reservation transfer period, and determines whether data transfer in response to the normal transfer request NT can be performed according to a comparison result. When it is determined that the data transfer can be performed, the transfer mediation part 42 outputs a transfer permission EN corresponding to the normal transfer request NT, and adjusts the timing of the reservation transfer period based upon a period of data transfer corresponding to the normal transfer request NT. |
