PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt an insulation film provided on a solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) to co-sintering.SOLUTION: A solid oxide fuel cell 100 comprises: an almost cylindrical base tube 106; plural power generation elements 108 formed by laminating a fuel pole 110, an electrolyte 112 and an air electrode 114 on the base tube, and arranged in an axial direction of the base tube; and an inter-connector 116 for connecting the adjacent power generation elements. The base tube contains stabilized zirconia as a main component, and insulation films 118, 120 with a thermal expansion coefficient of 9.5-11.5 (ppm/K) are provided between the base tube and the power generation elements. The insulation films contain spinel (MgAlO), magnesia (MgO) and zirconia (ZrO). A weight ratio (spinel/magnesia) of spinel and magnesia is 4/1-1/1. When a total of spinel, magnesia and zirconia is 100 weight%, zirconia is 0.01-10 weight%. |
