PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference prevention device for a construction machine, which has a step in front of a cab, capable of restricting operation of an attachment according to an open/close state of the step.SOLUTION: An interference prevention device for restricting operation of an attachment mounted on a construction machine comprising an operation lever for receiving an operation direction and operation amount of the attachment as input, an oil hydraulic circuit for controlling the operation of the attachment on the basis of the input operation direction and operation amount, and a step attached in front of the cab so as to be capable of being opened/closed comprises: detection means for detecting a position of the attachment; and control means for controlling the detection means and the oil hydraulic circuit. The control means sets an interference prevention range according to an open/close state of the step, and reduces speed of an oil hydraulic cylinder for driving the attachment or stops the cylinder by using the oil hydraulic circuit in the case where the attachment enters the interference prevention range. |
