PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink set excellent in color reproducibility of a gradation patch and color inconstancy.SOLUTION: There is provided an ink set including a dark black ink containing carbon black and a light black ink containing carbon black with less percentage content than the dark black, and the dark black ink contains at least a first coloring material and a second coloring material, the light black ink contains the first coloring material and substantially free from the second coloring material, and the first coloring material and the second coloring material are selected from a group consisting of a cyan coloring material, a magenta coloring material, a violet coloring material and a green coloring material. |
