PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stove which can be operated to appropriately heat a heating object in a heating vessel regardless of a difference in a heat conduction property of the heating vessel.SOLUTION: The stove comprises: a burner 2 for heating a heating vessel N; temperature detection means S for detecting a temperature in a specific portion of the heating vessel N; and heating control means C for controlling a heating state of heating the heating vessel N with the burner 2 on the basis of detection information of the temperature detection means S. A plurality of temperature detection means S are provided to detect temperatures in a plurality of portions in respectively different distances to a portion, heated by a flame F of the burner 2, in the heating vessel N. Heat conductivity index derivation means 40 is provided for computing a heat conductivity index corresponding to a heat conduction property of the heating vessel N on the basis of detection information of the plurality of temperature detection means S. The heating control means C controls the heating state on the basis of the heat conductivity index computed in the heat conductivity index derivation means 40.
