<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a non-power supplying ratio sufficiently large while maintaining sufficient responsiveness according to a communication frequency even in the case where the communication frequency from a managed apparatus changes.SOLUTION: An apparatus management device estimates a working temperature range from temperature information about a managed device (200) and working information on the managed device (200), estimates a working probability from the estimated temperature range and forecast atmospheric temperature of a weather forecast, and determines a power supplying time ratio of a communication unit (12) on the basis of the estimated results.
