PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a switching element caused by excess over a resistance of the switching element, by changing a drive mode in the case where a conduction mode (a short-circuit mode) is detected in a state that a voltage remains in the switching element. ! SOLUTION: Control means 12 detects a short-circuit state that drive frequencies of switching means are lower than a resonance frequency in the case where an output of an inverter is reduced to the contrary regardless that the drive frequencies of a first switching element 5 and a second switching element 10 that serve as the switching means are reduced for the purpose of increasing the output of the inverter 8, and then, the control means 12 stops the heating, or restricts the output, or change the drive frequencies to prevent the breakage of the switching means caused by excess over a resistance of the switching means. !
