PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive resin molding obtained by conferring a favorable electroconductivity onto a portion or the entirety of a surface layer of a molding formed from an electroconductive resin composition; and a method for manufacturing the same. ! SOLUTION: A semi-product 10 is prepared from an electroconductive resin composition obtained by dispersing an electroconductive material within a matrix consisting of at least one resin component. The semi-product 10 has a surface layer 12 which exhibits a high resistance, and an interior 13 which is electroconductive. Next, at least a portion of the surface layer 12 is subjected to a heat treatment at a temperature T equal to or higher than the softening point of the matrix and lower than the melting point of the semi-product 10 (a compressing treatment is preferably performed simultaneously).
