The invention relates to a headlight for motor vehicles comprising at least one modular laser light source (1a...1d), the laser beam thereof being directed, via a pivotable micro-mirror (7) which is controlled by a mirror control (9), to light conversion means (8), also comprising a projection system (12) for projecting the light image generated on the light conversion means to the road, at least two laser light sources (1a... 1d) which are associated with a laser control (3) for modulating the beam intensity, are provided. An optical element (5a...5d) for forming a laser beam (6a...6d) with a predetermined beam cross-section is arranged between each laser light source and the micro-mirror (7). Said micro-mirror oscillates about an axis having a fixed frequency. The formed beams of the at least two laser light sources for generating at least two superimposed horizontal light bands (10a... 10d) on the luminous surface (8) are diverted by means of the micro-mirror. |
