<p>The invention relates to a package (1) arranged for enclosing a product (2) and at least partially being constituted by or provided with a protective barrier (3), said package further supporting a transponder unit (5) arranged for carrying information related at least to said product (2) and being configured for communicating with a reader unit (6). The invention comprises at least one sensor unit (10) for detecting at least one condition corresponding to a defect of said protective barrier (3), said sensor unit (10) being configured for communicating with said transponder unit (5). The invention also relates to a method for manufacturing a package (1) for enclosing a product and a method for detecting a condition inside a package (1) enclosing a product (2). Also, the invention relates to a device and method, respectively, for providing product-related information associated with a product (2) enclosed in a package (1).</p> |
