A projection type parking guidance lighting device for projecting illumination on the floor of an intersection or walls in a parking garage according to an embodiment of the present invention, in order to specially perform easy parking guidance for a car driver on which way the driver has to go at the intersection in the parking garage by enabling the driver of the car, moving to seek for a parking space or an exit in the parking garage, to easily see a parking guidance display while the driver looks at the front, comprises: an illumination part installed on a ceiling side of the parking garage for projecting the illumination toward the floor of the intersection or the walls, and including a plurality of LED modules along each direction corresponding to each direction of the intersection; a cover part having a plurality of display parts formed to correspond to illumination units, respectively, for projecting a guidance display for each direction of the intersection or a predetermined information display onto the floor or the walls of the intersection by the illumination of each illumination unit; and a controller for controlling one of the illumination units to be selectively operated such that a car in the parking garage is guided in a specific direction.
