Disclosed is a vehicle power supply system. The vehicle power supply system according to the present invention includes a thermoelectric element module which is attached on the outer peripheral surface of an exhaust pipe to receive the exhaust heat from the exhaust pipe; and a storage battery which is electrically connected to the thermoelectric element module to store the electrical energy generated in the thermoelectric element module. The present invention applies the thermoelectric element module to a power generation system in a vehicle in order to efficiently use the discharge heat.
