In the present invention, provided is a non-point source pollution reducing facility suitable for reducing non-point source pollution leakage by reflecting the characteristics of a railway facility, and the present invention relates to a non-point source pollution reducing facility for a railway facility which is helpful in the low carbon green growth of the railway industry through the safe removal of a non-point source pollutant specialized in the railway facility. In particular, the present invention facilitates the maintenance of the facility. To achieve the purpose described above, in the present invention, provided is a non-point source pollution reducing facility for a railway facility provided with an oil absorption screen comprising a concrete block which comprises a pre-treatment bath, a filtering bath and a filter media bath. The pre-treatment bath has an oil absorption screen for absorbing oil contained in a non-point pollutant. The oil absorption screen is disposed in the pre-treatment bath so as to adjust a flow speed of a rainfall effluent and absorb the oil contained in the non-point pollutant. The oil absorption screen comprises an oil absorption agent therein and further comprises a lid for exchanging the oil absorption agent.
