In the present invention, there is disclosed a device for bending fatigue test consisting of a frame (1) with an electric motor and a driving spindle provided with an eccentric flange (2) and a bushing guide (4) for clamping a test specimen (3). The bushing guide (4) is located within a cage (9) and accommodates a clamping sleeve for clamping the test specimen (3). A horizontal yoke (7) and a vertical yoke (8), being both provided with triaxial force sensors to monitor load characteristic in both loading axes of movement with the device frame (1), are attached to the cage (9). The flange (2) eccentricity can be in the range of 0.5 to 5 mm. The test specimen (3) can be provided with a notch for fatigue testing of notch components.
