The contact pendulum device (10) has a pendulum housing (12) accommodated with a pendulum chamber (14) and a contact pendulum (16) housed in the pendulum chamber. A contact sensor unit (20) is arranged with a contact surface (22) for contacting the contact pendulum in the pendulum chamber. The pendulum chamber is partially or completely filled with a damping fluid. An independent claim is included for a contact pendulum system with an activation unit.
