The present invention relates to a manufacturing method comprising a step of forming stable aqueous dispersion of a second polymer particle by contacting methyl methacrylate or styrene, C_1-C_10 alkyl alkylate, and a polymerizable carboxylic acid monomer under the condition of emulsion polymerization with stable aqueous dispersion of a first polymer particle. The T_g of the first polymer particle is between -30°C and 30°C, and the theoretical Tg of the monomer is between 50°C and 120°C. The present invention relates to the dispersion of the second polymer particle useful for improving stability of freezing-melting in coating formulation as a binder. |
