The present invention relates to peptides derived from silk fibroin and to composite with the peptide as active ingredients for curing or preventing disability of memory, cognition and learning ability. The peptides derived from silk fibroin according to the present invention improves memory span in clinical trial and memory disability caused by scopolamine in animal experiment, thereby being capable of useful application in curing and preventing disability of memory, cognition or learning ability.
