<p>The grinder (1) has a grinding cone (11) with helical blades and a grinding ring (15) rotatable relative to one another such that the coffee beans are ground by the grinding cone and ring into coffee powder. The edge region of an entrainer wheel (25) is tapered towards the grinding cone and ring with a concave profile such that the inner high edge and outer low edge regions are formed. The entrainer wheel comprises several entrainer vanes distributed in the edge region over the periphery. The entrainer wheel conveys the ground coffee powder out of grinder through an exit channel.</p> |
